Arity x OfferUp
Design That Closed the Deal
Cross-functional work with Sales that ended in a signed deal and an integration roadmap — fast-turn concepts showing prospective partners what embedded telematics experiences could look like, from flow mapping through polished deliverables.

TL;DR
- OfferUp needed tangible proof - not another slide - that Arity's SDK could inhabit their UX. I rebuilt their flows on top of telemetry storytelling for marketplace trust.
- Presentation-ready PDF bridged Exec reviews and marketplace product teams simultaneously.
- 20M+ MAU unlocked Partnership closed with ongoing build-out beyond the mocks.
- 28 Screens Across four pressured rounds (~1.5-week sprint calendar).
- Sole designer Owning delivery Mapped OfferUp journeys independently and mirrored their visual language tightly.
Moment
Sales asked for tangible UI, not narration. My job was to compress partner trust into something execs could see on a timeline measured in working days - not months.
Process
Independent research across OfferUp’s IA, iterative high-fidelity mocks aligned to their illustration + component voice, stakeholder reviews after every round until the storyline held.
Outcome
The partnership advance gave Arity a flagship proof for future marketplace integrations. Visual detail remains confidential - password above protects the deep dive - but the storyline mirrors what Hiring teams care about: proof you can zig between research, narrative, and production craft under pressure.
